A sneak peek look at Deerfield Supportive Living!! Opening soon in the north shore of Chicago, The interior design utilized a mid-century modern motif, celebrating clean lines, sophisticated spaces and vibrant colors.
In collaboration with the Architect: Assemble Design Workship, SAS worked as a senior living consultant as well as interior designer, including FF&E.

In 2024, Oak Trace opened the doors to their second phase and the final installation of nearly a decade of repositioning the campus in west Chicago (Downer’s Grove, IL)
With over 325k SF, the new 140-IL apartments and common area are state of the art. The commons, central to the campus, connects the phase 1 healthcare building and the new residential expansion.
The design strategy and programming carefully considered dining options and marketplace relevancy as the campus expands their ability to serve its clients in a high-end hospitality design that holds nothing back. The spaces are stunning and bring the entire composition to a fantastic and wonderful close. More to come to showcase this gem in Chicago.

We recently renovated a portion of an existing Assisted Living community to refresh some of the programming for Dining, a new Theatre space, Private Dining, Multi-Purpose and a refreshed Lobby+Lounge.
This was a previous project our team completed nearly a decade ago. The updates give more flexibility, a light and airy palette and increased the Owners ability to serve their clientele.
