For this project, the design is all about creating a seamless connection between indoors and out, letting the architecture, natural textures, and incredible bayfront views do the talking.

Our new build at 3219 Sunset Avenue in Longport, NJ brings the same warm, elevated palette outdoors, transforming the covered terrace into a true extension of the home. Layered neutrals, natural wood tones, sculptural furnishings, and unobstructed water views create a space designed for everything from quiet mornings to sunset entertaining.

Because when the view is this good, the design should complement it, not compete with it.
