🇺🇸 Happy Labor Day! 🇺🇸

This one is really about the team.

Summer is always a little crazy for us. ☀️🌊 Tight schedules, long days, last-minute changes, and plenty of “we need this done before the weekend” moments. 🤣

And somehow, this crew keeps pushing through it, solving problems, taking care of our clients, and getting the job done. 👊🏻

Renee and I are incredibly appreciative of the hard work everyone at SHORE Smart Home puts in throughout the year — but especially during the summer crunch when things seem to move at 100 mph.

We’re lucky to have a team that continues to step up, work together, and do whatever it takes to keep things moving.

☕🚗 Great morning at the Margate Cars & Coffee event!

It was awesome catching up with friends, meeting some new people, and doing a little business networking along the way. The lineup definitely didn’t disappoint… Corvettes 🏎️, Ferraris 🔴, Lamborghinis 🟢, Porsches ⚫, some incredible trucks 🛻, and even a few Bentleys 👑 just to keep things interesting.

A big thank you to Isaac at ProShine 🙌 for making my Corvette look its absolute best today. It definitely turned a few heads! ✨🚘

And a huge shout-out to Chris Fantazzia and Vince Novelli 👏 for organizing another fantastic Cars & Coffee event. It was great to see so many people out enjoying an incredible morning together!

There’s something special about a community that can bring together great people, amazing cars, and good conversation on a beautiful summer morning.

🏗️ Big transformations start with a solid foundation.

Several years ago, we had the privilege of integrating the original smart home for this beautiful bayfront residence in Cape May.

Today, we’re back as the home undergoes an incredible renovation and expansion—growing to more than twice its original size. It’s always rewarding when clients invite us back to help the next chapter of their home come to life.

As the house grows, so does the technology behind it, ensuring every new space is connected, intuitive, and ready for years of effortless living.

We can’t wait to share more as this stunning waterfront project continues to take shape. Stay tuned! 👀
