In this recent bedroom refresh I made the decision to keep some of the client's current furniture. I knew this particular dresser had potential. It was in great condition, had clean lines and was solid wood. It just needed one upgrade to bring it to it's full potential. I found these complimentary leather pulls on Etsy and they were the cherry on top! They added contrast, texture and style to this ordinary piece of furniture. Another bedroom refresh turned in entire house glow up!

The perfect rug can completely transform a room. It's all about finding the right balance of color, texture, pattern and scale to ground the space. Pictured is one of my top 10 favorites!

One of the greatest compliments I could receive is a repeat client. It means trust has been built, the process was enjoyable, and the finished space feels like home. Im incredibly grateful for clients who welcome me back for their next project. I'm sharing these photos with you today, not only because I'm thrilled with the new furniture that was delivered today, but because it's a home that I have gone room by room in to personalize and update for my client's and that is the highest form of flattery. This space is still not complete, but its certainly worth sharing this far. It has all the feels and brightened this dreary day!

Color is deeply personal for client's! It reflects their personality, lifestyle, and the way they feel in their space. The most successful designs come from understanding my client's relationship with color and how they relate to it on an emotional level. The next step is taking the colors that are meaningful to them and making sure they flow harmoniously from room to room. So when your client sees your renderings and says "It feels like home" it has all the feels!!
