Closing day!!

After months of watching this new build come together, we finally made it to the closing table today! I had so much fun helping them picture the space, talk through colors and finishes, and watch it slowly turn into their home.

So excited for them and this next chapter! 🔑

Such a fun reminder of how much there is to do right across the river. ⚾️❤️

Cardinals Nation, AVA Garden, Ballpark Village, and a Cardinals game all in one night.

I haven’t been to a game in forever, and even though it felt a little quieter than I remember, Busch Stadium still has that classic St. Louis feel.

Also… hot dog + cheese sauce on the side is still undefeated 😂
