I recently learned about the dove project….a way to spread hope, love, and peace during the holiday season. 18 doves have been “hidden” on Oak Island. If you are close by and want to search, you can use the clues below to help you. You can choose to keep the dove you find or gift it to someone who needs some hope or a little extra love right now.

Here’s your clue to find the doves on Oak Island:

Everyone enjoys the ocean to view.
Including those who need a ramp to see the brilliant blue.
Don’t go north where Santa lives
West will have to do.
The first 18 there will find a dove
Feel free to take one for you or to share some Christmas love.

For those needing an extra hint,
11th is too far and 9th is too soon.

For those of you who enjoy crafting or are looking for a project to do with your kids this season, these are super easy to make. A container of air drying clay, a cookie cutter, a straw to make a hole, and a piece of ribbon and you and your family can join in spreading peace, love, and hope.
