Our after school cooking students at Whittier Elementary spent their afternoon harvesting veggies from their school garden! Such a sweet way to get kids thinking about where our food comes from and how it grows.

Family cooking classes at Schoolhouse are here and yes, even your 3-year-old can join in on the fun!

🍞 9/27 Focaccia Art — Learn to make a yeasted dough and turn it into a canvas
🇫🇷 10/11 French Dinner Night — Soupe au Pistou + fresh-baked baguettes, straight from the oven to the table
🇮🇹 10/24 Italian Night — hand-rolled fresh pasta and Italian shortbread cookies for dessert
🥧 10/25 Apple Hand Pies — the perfect first “I made this myself!” moment

Kids as young as 3 aren’t just watching, they’re kneading, sprinkling, shaping, and (of course) taste-testing. No experience needed, just an appetite for fun.
