**Pizza Chips – A Crispy, Cheesy Snack**

Ingredients:
- 1 bag of plain potato chips (preferably thick-cut)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/3 cup mini pepperoni slices
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)
- Fresh basil leaves (for garnish, optional)

Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

2. Spread the potato chips out in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Try not to overlap the chips too much so that each chip can get crispy and covered in toppings.

3. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the potato chips. Make sure each chip gets some cheesy love.

4. Distribute the mini pepperoni slices over the chips, placing them so that each chip has a piece or two of pepperoni.

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 1 pound baby potatoes, halved or quartered depending on size
- 3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons butter
- Additional chopped fresh herbs for garnish, optional

Directions:
1. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the potatoes in a single layer and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes until golden brown and tender. Remove potatoes from the skillet and set aside.

2. In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Season the steak bites with salt and pepper, add them to the skillet, and cook to the desired doneness – approximately 3-4 minutes for medium-rare. Remove steak bites from the skillet and set aside with the potatoes.

3. Reduce the heat to medium and add the butter to the skillet. Once melted, stir in the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.

4. Add the fresh rosemary, thyme, and parsley to the garlic butter mixture and sauté for another minute, allowing the herbs to infuse into the butter.

- 8 ounces penne pasta
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Extra grated Parmesan cheese for serving

Directions:

- 1.5 pounds of carrots, peeled and sliced into 1/4 inch slices
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme (or 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves)
- Optional garnish: fresh parsley, roughly chopped

Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

2. In a large bowl, toss the carrots with olive oil, salt, and pepper until they are well coated.

3. Spread the carrots out on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowded to allow them to roast properly.

4. Place the carrots in the preheated oven and roast for 20 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until they start to become tender.

- 1 cup salsa
- 1 (4-ounce) can green chilies, drained
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend, divided
- 6 (8-inch) flour tortillas
- Sour cream, for serving (optional)
- Fresh cilantro, chopped for garnish (optional)
- Chopped avocado, for serving (optional)
- Sliced black olives, for garnish (optional)
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth or chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter (optional)
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Grated Parmesan cheese, for serving (optional)

Directions:
1. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the cauliflower florets and season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 5-6 minutes or until the cauliflower is golden and crisp-tender. Remove the cauliflower from the skillet and set aside.

Chicken Parmesan Stuffed with Cream Cheese

Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
- 1/2 cup Italian-style bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Directions:
1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Cut a pocket into each chicken breast, being careful not to cut through completely.

3. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

4. Stuff each chicken breast pocket with the cream cheese mixture and secure with toothpicks if necessary.

5. In a shallow dish, beat the egg. In another dish, mix the bread crumbs with the remaining 1/2 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese.

6. Dip each stuffed chicken breast first into the beaten egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.

- 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Optional toppings: melted chocolate, chopped nuts, coconut flakes

Directions:
1. Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it to prevent sticking.
2. In a medium-sized bowl, combine the peanut butter and honey or maple syrup. Microwave for about 30 seconds to soften, then mix until well blended.

BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger

Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 slices of bacon
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 tablespoons BBQ sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional toppings: sliced tomatoes, lettuce, onions, pickles

Directions:
1. Preheat your grill to a medium-high heat.
2. While the grill is heating, divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions and form each into a patty. Season both sides of each patty with salt and pepper.
3. Place the bacon on the grill and cook until it is crispy, about 5-7 minutes, turning once halfway through. Remove the bacon from the grill and set aside on a paper towel to drain.
4. Grill the burger patties for about 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare or longer until the desired doneness is reached.
5. In the last minute of grilling, add a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty and close the grill lid to let the cheese melt.
6. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill for about 1 minute, until lightly toasted.
