🍂 Gnomeshot Friday — Meet Levi! 🍂

Levi is happiest on those cool, wet fall days when everything is a little damp, the leaves are starting to turn, and you can just smell fall in the air.

While the rest of us might be looking for somewhere warm and dry, Levi would rather be outside wandering through the wet grass and enjoying the change of seasons.

A little mud? A few puddles? Even better. 😂

We think Levi may have found his perfect spot.

🐱 Max the Studio Cat Update

Max has been spending a LOT of time outside during this recent heatwave. Apparently the heat doesn’t bother him nearly as much as it bothers the rest of us. ☀️

His latest favorite activity is watching the birds at our feeder… while hiding behind this very impressive tuft of grass. 😂

We’re pretty sure Max thinks he’s completely invisible.

The birds may have a different opinion. 🐦👀

A day dedicated to beards? We can get behind that. 😂

Big beards, little beards, carefully trimmed beards, and the ones that have pretty much taken on a life of their own—they all get celebrated today.

And it seemed like a good excuse to share one of our handmade shave bowls. 🪒

🐝 Someone found the good stuff!

Our bees were coming back to the hive absolutely loaded with pollen today. Just look at those pollen baskets! 🐝🌼

We’re not sure what they’ve found blooming nearby, but wherever it is, they clearly think it’s worth the trip. 😂

It’s always fun to stand by the hive entrance and watch them come and go—some of these girls look like they’re carrying as much as they possibly can!

🐾 A little handmade something for our furry family members.

Our 8" pet bowls are one of those simple pieces we really enjoy making. A speckled stoneware bowl, a paw print in the bottom, and plenty of room for food, water, or a well-earned treat or two. 🐾

Of course, whether your pet actually appreciates that their bowl was handmade is another question. 😂

For September, we went straight into apple orchard season with three fall favorites:

A little mid-century cool came out of the kiln this week!

Our Atomic Cat Mug is the newest design in our MCM Collection, complete with that classic long black cat, bright green eyes, atomic stars, and plenty of retro personality.

There’s just something about those old-school atomic designs that makes us smile—and this cat definitely looks like it knows something we don’t. 😼
