Hey everyone!
Long post, so here it goes.
Most of you probably don’t know that my husband has been hospitalized twice in the last month for his heart. I haven’t been on here much or met up because of that. We spent a few days in ICU again last week and have been struggling to feel decent until we see the specialist on Wednesday so I haven’t been very productive. But that’s not my main point here…
I LOVE finding old things and thrifting, scavenging through junk for the good treasures, and spending my Saturdays at flea markets with my kids and husband. But here’s the thing, I just simply do not have time for that right now. Life took a big turn this past week and we are going to make some major changes to our lifestyle. Seeing that this is a new thing, sadly, it’s the first thing to go also.
Maybe one day I will be a little old lady thrifting and collecting hens and Herefords with nothing else to do, but right now, the real Herefords are more important. I’ll be stepping up my game on the livestock side of things here and putting down my tape measure and black light for now.
Along with running our farm and being a mom, there’s housework, yard work, and all the other lovely things that come with being an adult.
