We are so thankful for our wonderful employees!! It has been a whirlwind the past two days with the freeze. Our wonderful team came together and all came in to help out yesterday. They were able to fix 36 wells. With many working into the night. Then they all came in today and did it all over again. They were able to repair 51 wells today and all worked past 8:00pm.

We are also thankful to all of our loyal customers who waited all day for us to make it to your house. Without you we wouldn’t be able to run 7 service trucks.

It is going to freeze again tonight. We have learned that a trickle of water running is not sufficient to keep your well from freezing. If possible, we suggest leaving a steady stream (not full blast) from several spigots as well as covering exposed pipes at your well.

Unfortunately we had to schedule many people for tomorrow so we are starting the day with a large amount of calls on our books. If you find yourself with no water, as long as you don’t have broken pipes, you may want to wait for the sun to come out to see if your pipes will thaw on their own. That happened to several of our customers today. also, if you have a non emergency, please let us know when you call and we can schedule you for later in the week.

Hopefully this will be the last of the hard freeze and we can get back to normal.

Thank you for your patronage and patience and if you had a good experience, please feel free to leave a review for our wonderful staff. They love hearing the feedback!

Stay warm!!

Good evening!! It has been a whirlwind of a day!! So many of our customers followed all of the suggested protocol and still found themselves with frozen pipes. We are afraid this will happen again tomorrow morning. We strongly suggest covering your exposed pipes at the well site and leaving the water running at MORE than a trickle. You need to run enough water to make your pump turn on periodically. We suggest running it outside but you can also run it inside as well.

If you still have no water in the morning, feel free to call our office at 352-732-5570. We ask that you are patient because we took over 80 phone calls today alone. Keep checking your water throughout the day because it may thaw out and start working again. If that happens and you are on our list, please be kind enough to call us and cancel.

Good luck and stay warm!! We are ready for you tomorrow.

💦 Reminder:
We will experience freezing 🥶temperatures for the next few nights. If you have a well, you may find yourself with frozen pipes and no water. To help prevent that from happening, we suggest:
1. Covering exposed pipes at your well site with old blankets, towels etc.
2. Leave your water running at a slow, but steady trickle on an outside spigot.

If this doesn’t help, and you find yourself with no water, please call our office at 352-732-5570. We will put you on the schedule and get to you as soon as we can. Many times, when the sun 🌞comes out the pipes will thaw and you will find that you have water again. If this happens and you are on our schedule, please let us know so that we can remove you from the schedule.

Stay warm!🔥
