Cury Design Studio Cury Design Studio a full service Interior Design firm located in downtown Ocean City, NJ featuring a furnishing and accessory storefront at 743 Asbury Ave.

Cury Design Studio (formerly Interiors By Joann) was established in 1976 by Joann Thompson to provide complete Interior Design Services for Residential and Commercial properties. Since opening in 1976, the business has gone from a one-room office in the south end of Ocean City to a beautiful design studio in the heart of Ocean City’s downtown with eight employees, including three designers, an office manager, three showroom coordinators and a construction manager. The new Cury Design Studio showroom truly shows off the capabilities of the team while showcasing beautiful upholstery pieces from all of our manufacturers and an array of artwork, lamps, and accessories. You will find that all employees of Cury Design Studio are capable, helpful, and knowledgeable on the showroom floor as well as in the design office. Clients of Cury Design Studio are familiar with the positive experience of working with one of our designers, as well as getting a taste of the teamwork that goes on in our design office. When shopping on the showroom floor or working with our interior designers you will have the luxury of working with brands such as C.R. Laine, Vanguard, Lexington, Universal, Braxton Culler, Uttermost, Ro Sham Beaux, Regina Andrews, Hunter Douglas and many, many more.
