This one closed earlier this year but will go down as one of my favorites for 2022!

I was introduced to this lovely human through his fiancé . He was deployed at the time but that did not stop us. We located his home, and after many many phone calls, emails, and texts we were in escrow.. 🙏🏼 I did not have the fortune of actually meeting him until we were near the end. That is what I call TRUST!! 😍

Thankfully he LOVED the home and is all settled in 🙏🏼🏡🙏🏼

Clients like this make my job fun and rewarding and serve as a reminder of why I do this crazy job!

We Did A Thing!!! 🤗

Ever since we moved to SD 3 years ago, Jason & I have been looking for the perfect investment opportunity. When we saw this 1929 Spanish style house in City Heights we knew instantly this was it.. She may not be pretty now but she’s got EXCELLENT bones and we’ve got lots planned to restore her back to her original beauty.

We will renovate the main house first… 4 bedrooms & 2 baths!! This house must have been considered a mansion in 1929!! When we are done we have big plans to add two small apartments in the back ( The yard is HUGE!!) to generate passive income down the road.

Real Estate isn’t just what I “do”, I have always believed it is the greatest way to Build Wealth!! 💰
