Starting now, rush fees and delivery fees are being enforced. All orders must be paid in full before any work begins. Invoices will be sent for payment, and yes, Uncle Sam gets his little chunk now — that’s just part of doing business the right way.

I love making custom orders, but everything I create is made from start to finish, and there is always a list. Last-minute orders take time away from other customers, my family, and the rest of my business.

I’m guilty of waiting until the last minute for my own kids’ birthdays and events too, but custom work doesn’t magically appear overnight. Every order requires design time, production time, materials, and attention to detail.

I offer two pickup locations: one out west and one in central Odessa.

Anything outside of those pickup options will require a delivery fee. Gas costs money, and so does time. For me to drive into town with two small children, I have to stop production, pause other orders, and rearrange my entire day.

I truly appreciate every customer who supports my small business. Because of that, I want to continue providing quality work instead of rushing through orders and burning myself out. Going forward, rush orders will carry rush fees, deliveries will carry delivery fees, and all custom orders must be paid in full before work begins.
