It’s with incredibly heavy hearts that we share that, after 2.5 years, we have made the heartbreaking decision to close Pawsitive Candle Co.
This little business was built with so much love and a desire to make a difference for animals in need. Walking away from something so meaningful is incredibly hard, but sometimes life reminds us what matters most.
A few weeks ago, while navigating life with two sick babies at home, we made the difficult decision to close. Since then, we have had to say goodbye to our sweet Zeus. Losing him has reminded us just how precious and short our time with our babies truly is.
Although our circumstances have changed, our decision remains the same. We want to give our other three pups more of our time, take them on adventures, make memories, and give them the beautiful lives they deserve. Between our full-time jobs and weekends spent at markets, we realized we want to be home more, taking them on adventures, and soaking up every moment we can with them.
Pawsitive Candle Co. was always about more than candles. Being able to support local animal shelters and rescues through our business will forever be one of our proudest accomplishments.
To everyone who purchased a candle, visited us at a market, shared our posts, or supported our mission, thank you. You helped make our little dream something truly special, and we will always be grateful.
Closing this chapter is heartbreaking, but we know that choosing more time with our family is the right decision. Our business may be coming to an end, but the love and purpose behind it will always remain.
