We’re seeking an outgoing, driven individual to join our team as a Flooring Sales Consultant. We offer paid training & the resources needed to succeed in a rewarding sales career. Previous flooring experience is not required.

Role Overview 🔸

The Flooring Sales Consultant helps customers find the right flooring solutions for their homes by learning about their needs, assisting with product selections, & overseeing projects from start to finish. This position centers around providing excellent service, building trust with customers, & ensuring a smooth experience throughout the entire process.

Primary Duties 🔸

- Greet & assist customers in-store & through incoming inquiries
- Assess customer needs & recommend appropriate flooring solutions
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, & warranties
- Prepare & present estimates & proposals
- Follow up on leads & maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process
- Coordinate project details from purchase to completion
- Maintain records of customer interactions & project status

Qualifications 🔸

- Strong communication & listening skills
- Professional appearance & positive attitude
- Self-motivated with a desire to learn & grow
- Organized & detail-oriented
- Reliable with strong follow-through
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred but not required
