It’s difficult to believe this is even the same kitchen! Swipe to see the before ➡️ What a difference a functional (and beautiful) kitchen layout can make!
When we began Project 1709, our goal was to take this kitchen from the 1990's to timeless. We adore the casual elegance. 😍 Before the remodel, the fridge was protruding into the walkway, there wasn't a good pantry space, island was undersized, and the electric cooktop just was not cutting it. Now our client has a kitchen they can easily work in and a lovely space to put together a home cooked meal for family and friends!

Celebrating 15 years of marriage to this amazing man!

6 homes, multiple jobs, 2 wonderful boys, residency in 2 states, deployment to Iraq…And a whole lot of life’s ups and down in between!

God sure knew what he was doing when he put us together. Brian is my anchor and I truly do not know what I would do without him. The best husband and business partner I could ask for!

Always scheming! How about that large floral print, small scale stripe, and ruby silk fringe for a bed curtain?! 😍 I’m absolutely obsessed with the green onion tassel fringe for the draperies as well!

Can you guess one request I get over and over again from landscape design clients?

It’s to create a one-of-a-kind style that works for them, their home, annnnd…that it doesn’t look the same as every other home in Edmond.

I get it. While the weeping cedars and moss borders are loved by many, it’s not the best fit for the style of homes we have in Oklahoma or our region in general. They just don’t fit quite right.
