I finally dawns on me (when I’m about 2/3 through with this blanket and picking out the label) that wool might not have been the best fabric choice 🤦🏻‍♀️🐑 I was thinking “it’d be warm for a winter baby”, and not “what if Aaron’s baby has a skin sensitivity”. Oh well, it can go to the cats if that’s the case.

My new travel purse 👜 Love the size & shape and will be making more!! Maybe a new one for every trip we take. 🚙✈️

The Layla Bag pattern was straightforward and only required 2 fat quarters (and some scraps). 🇲🇾 Outside fabric is from our Kuala Lumpur trip, inside fabric is Ruby Star Society. 🐾 Balloon dog keychain is 3-D printed by my friend’s daughter.

The instructions say to handsew the lining onto the inside of the zipper, but I say that I do not want to do that. 🚫🪡 So...
