When’s the right time to include an interior designer on your new construction project? I prefer to be brought in as soon as the client has a floor plan in mind or an architect hired. That way any snafus can be headed off before it becomes majorly expensive or inconvenient. Nothing worse than thinking you’re going to have a living room with an enormous sectional only to find out that you’ll barely be able to squeeze a small sofa in (yes, I’ve seen it happen!).

This is too good to wait for professional pics so I guess after all. 😂 The happiest color scheme that’s anchored by that incredible blue velvet bed from and of course accented by a color loving rug. So much gratitude for clients who want something different and ask me to run wild with it.
