Warehouse Position

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING:

Incoming Deliveries:
RECEIVING PRODUCT: Counting Product and Checking for Damage Before you Sign Off with Delivery Driver. Pull customer order forms and reconcile delivery with the Purchase Order and give to Purchasing to be receipted in to inventory.

Outgoing Deliveries:
Generate Customer Sales Orders
Notify Customers when their Product is received and generate their Sales Order, Put product in Will Call or prepare for delivery. Pull product and mark boxes with Sales Order number and re-order stickers.
Check out Delivery with Star Lighting Delivery Driver and Member of Management before the Driver leaves the facility.

SHIPPING:
Prepare orders to be shipped via UPS or Fedex.

STOCKING PRODUCT:
Stock Warehouse Shelves and make sure boxes and shelves are marked with the correct inventory numbers
Stock Showroom shelves and maintain the shelves and product for display.

Customer Assistance:
Answer the phones
Help customers on the phone and at the front counter
Enter Sales orders
Help Sales Reps Pull Customer Orders
Help customers load and unload items

GROUNDS MAINTENANCE:
Keep outside grounds clean of trash

WAREHOUSE MAINTENCE
Sweep warehouse floor
Keep warehouse organized and clean

Warehouse /Delivery Driver work. No CDL required. Ability to lift and carry up to 40lbs required. Shipping and Receiving and inventory managment. Delivery driving within greater OKC Metro area. Must have clean valid drivers licence. 40 Hour work week. Monday - Friday. Must be reliable with good reference history.
