Horse Wellness Meadow Barn | Green Mountain Falls, Colorado

Horse Wellness Meadow Barn was completed in the summer of 2025. The project features a 2,300 SF facility with six stalls, a tack room, a wash room, and a space designed for classes and events. The property also includes approximately 16,000 SF of outdoor dry lots and a separate hay barn.

Horse Wellness Meadow specializes in offering performance horses the opportunity to decompress and heal from the rigors of competition. The horses receive the support and care they need to transition to a new career and find their forever home.

We are pleased to announce the addition of Sean O’Brien as Partner! Sean earned a bachelor’s degree in architecture from Oklahoma State University and joined HSE in 2015 as an Architect Intern. He earned his Architect license in 2018 and was promoted to Project Manager in 2019. HSE has benefited from Sean’s expertise and leadership in the past and looks forward to the future.

PROJECT ARCHITECT:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: project managment, client relations, assist in the design and documentation process, etc. An ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience, a professional degree, strong design and communication skills, proficiency in Revit 2022, knowledge of Photoshop and Enscape, and building code and ADA compliance.

INTERN ARCHITECT:
Responsibilities include working closely with the firm principals and designers in all aspects of project design and construction documentation. Applicants should demonstrate a strong design sensitivity and thoroughness in developing detailed drawings and project organization. Creativity, resourcefulness, and self-motivation are important. An ideal candidate will have a professional degree.
