Welcome to Lauren Corbyn Design: I am bad at instagram but great at design.

I spend my time creating special spaces for my clients, both residential 🏠 and commercial 🏨. I don’t do cookie 🍪 cutter design, but I do work in a wide range of styles.

⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ I’m into unique spaces that make sense for the people who spend time living, working, and having fun in them ⭐️⭐️⭐️

If you want your house to look just like your neighbor/best friend/mahjong 🀄️ or tennis partners’ 🎾 , I’m probably not the designer for you ❌. If you’re inspired by what you see on instagram, in magazines, or thick, glossy interior design books 📚 , or even if you don’t know what you want⁉️, but you know you want something special✨, I might be a great fit for your project.

Generally I work on larger projects (several rooms to whole homes) and select commercial projects, but I do make time for smaller consulting projects as my schedule allows. 🗓️

I sell a wide range of lines of furniture 🛋️🪑🛏️, accessories, and fabrics: brands you have heard of and many you have not. I care about the details of manufacturing and prefer things made by human hands👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻. I work with teams of kind😍 and talented 🤩people to bring quality and beautiful work to spaces in Oklahoma City and beyond.

Well, we’ve got options for this kitchen remodel. Sometimes I just have to get off a screen and hold paper in my hands and draw/make edits with pen and paper. My brain just works so differently on screens vs paper.

I was feeling really grumpy today, until this wallpaper sample arrived in the mail. It is stellar. “the brainchild of designer Barrie Benson and gallerist Chandra Johnson—works with leading contemporary artists to creat showstopping wallpapers.” Indeed! Let’s get this up on some walls! Or better yet, a ceiling. I’m in love!
