I want to thank everyone that has supported Danny and me at this point in time if it was with well wishes or money to help with his medical bills or the go fund me page my son Justin made or the hours baking that my wonderful daughter in law Becky did to raise money thank you all family and friends we couldn’t have asked for more caring people and we can’t thank you enough Love you all

Good morning Okmulgee! I thought I would take a few minutes this morning to talk about our family.

We all know Danny Shrum, his reputation is well earned! For almost 50 years he has been a dependable name that you can trust to get a job done. This year has been a hard one for him but he has overcome every obstacle as only he can. He is doing well and making the adjustments he needs for his health and we are so thankful for the miracles we have seen this year. Danny and Denise have been a staple of the community, working hard, serving others and raising 3 boys. They taught their boys how to work hard and to do a job right! Did you know that two of them work along side Danny in the flooring business?

Jason and Danny Jr (or DJ) are the second generation of flooring installers carrying on the Shrum reputation of hard work and dependability. Anyone who has talked to them on a job knows that Danny loves to talk about his boys and grandchildren. You can often hear him say “I’m Danny, this is my son Danny, and I have a grandson named Danny!”

We are a family business that you can count on. These men are fathers, members of the community, and someone you can depend on to go above and beyond to provide the best service possible.

So the next time you need someone to instal new flooring give us a call or request us by name, you will be glad you did!

Update on Danny: Sunday before last (May 31st) he had another heart attack and this time we almost lost him. We have spent the last week watching how strong Danny is and how big God is. He has come so far this week and he is getting chatty again but his memory still isn’t the best. We are still asking for prayers and support for Danny and Denise. ♥️They are usually the ones loving and taking care of everyone so now it’s their turn.♥️

As many of you may know Danny had a heart attack this week. He is recovering but he will need to make some major changes to how he does things. He is one of the most hardworking and giving people so this will be difficult for him. We are asking for prayers, support, and care right now for both Danny and Denise.
