The Tekakapimek Contact Station has made the Longlist for Cultural Building in the international design awards!
As the Architect of Record, we worked closely with , , the Wabanaki Nations, and countless others to realize the vision of Elliotsville Foundation and .
Architectural, landscape, and exhibit designs resulted from a process between Elliotsville Foundation and representatives of the Houlton Band of Maliseet Indians, Mi’kmaq Nation, Passamaquoddy Tribe, and Penobscot Nation. All Wabanaki Cultural Knowledge and Intellectual Property shared within this project is owned by the Wabanaki Nations listed above.
