Just about a year ago, Todd began building this addition for our clients (please note it has been finished for quite some time and is just now being shared 🙂). Our clients’ existing addition (that was built prior to them purchasing the home) was not usable to them - it was freezing in the winter, and too hot in the summer. It was accessible through sliding glass doors, so they just closed it off and lived with the wasted space. They contacted us to redo it - it was a complete tear-down and rebuild.

The other thing they didn’t like about it was that it was a step-down with a sloped ceiling. When Todd rebuilt, he made it level with the rest of the house. Per our client’s request, we had it painted the same color as the rest of their connected main-living, and matched the floors as well. We decided to add the fireplace and built-ins, and the client picked out the major furnishings. Ashton consulted on lighting and decor. Todd also added a walk-in closet accessible through the primary bedroom, which is now located between the old addition and deck. Now this open dining and living space is open to the rest of the home, really adding usable square footage to their lives.

We are now booking additions for the spring and summer of 2027 - there are very limited spots, so please reach out ASAP!

Swipe for some before-and-afters of our latest bathroom renovation! This is the second bathroom we have done for these special clients, and like last time, from a design perspective, there isn’t much Ashton can take credit for. She sourced the products based on a very specific list of criteria. Our clients wanted:

Black vanity
Black fixtures
White horizontal shiplap wainscoting
White shower tile
Wood-look tile floor
And she picked out the wallpaper herself!
Also per their request, Todd installed radiant floor heating underneath the tile.

As always, Todd executed the construction to his highest standards 🤍

Swipe for a few before-and-afters of our most recent kitchen renovation ✨

Our clients did not like the location of their kitchen and the general flow of their home - it just wasn’t functional. They contacted us and said they had the idea to move the kitchen to a spare bedroom, and to open it up to the dining room. We said, “Challenge accepted!” Now they also have direct access from the kitchen and dining room to their back patio, which they didn’t have before. I’d consider that pretty life-changing!
