I make these floating arrangements that feature pure beeswax candles made by Big Dipper Wax Works in Seattle.

People ask me, “What’s your favorite flower?”
How could I possibly choose? I usually tell them that I don’t have a favorite, but this week, if asked, I would say with absolute certainty that it is the glorious ‘Pink Ice’ protea. It’s like a flower made of feathers and magic happens when that soft pink color is mixed with the typical autumn shades of rust, brown and maroon. A long lasting cut flower that begs to be touched, she’s my favorite…this week.😘
