**Pocket install or full-frame replacement—which is right for your project?**

With a **pocket installation**, the old sash is removed and a complete new window is installed inside the existing frame. This can reduce the visible glass by approximately **2–4 inches overall**, depending on the existing frame.

A **full-frame installation** removes the entire existing window and frame, allowing the new window to use more of the original opening and provide a **larger view with more visible glass**.

Both methods have their place. The right choice depends on the condition of the existing frame, project goals, budget, and desired finished appearance.

Spent the last couple weeks walking jobs with Renovo Roofing and McCoy Roofing.
