This is the most common floor we restore since it was installed in 1/2" concrete and chicken wire and very difficult to remove. It is a floor that was installed in the 1960s through the 1970s. These floors are usually very worn, damaged and dirty when we are called. When we got done with this one it probably looked better than when it was originally installed. We had to clean, grind out the scratches, polish and seal. We can complete most of these floors in less than a day and you can walk on them right when we are done with it.

A couple of fireplaces we recently restored. One was newer install with soot soaked into the stone and we removed all the discoloration. The other was original to the 101 year old house and we removed all the soot and discoloration accumulated over those years. We sealed both to make it easier for maintenance going forward.

Not only do we do shower tile and grout cleaning and re-caulking but we can also restore your shower glass doors. Glass can be etched/damaged from hard water but we can get them looking near new. And yes that second photo is being taken through the same glass as the photo on the left.

Stone floor that was newly installed. Installers scratched it and left grout haze on the tiles. They tried to fix themselves and got the initial scratches out but by doing so they dulled the entire surface and left new diamond pad scratches along the edges. We had to clean off the rest of grout on tiles then re-diamond hone and polish the floor.

Beautiful stone floor from the 1960's that previous owner decided to put industrial floor paint on. We had to strip off the paint and then the old urethane sealer which was under the paint. Once down to bare stone we applied a seal enhancer which helps bring out the color of the stone.

Been doing a lot of tile and grout cleaning lately. Have a commerical client I am cleaning the floors and then color sealing the grout. The grout is very old and has been stained over the years since has not been cleaned and clear sealed routinely which is the case with most floors. Using a color seal gets the grout uniform in whatever color the client choses and makes it almost 100% stainproof. These are just a couple of the bathrooms I did for them (did about 20 so far)

Ceramic shower that needed re-caulked around the base and soap removal on the tiles. Normal cleaners can get some of it off but if it hardens it can be a pain for the homeowner to get it removed which is usually when we get called.
