this estate sale has taken us MONTHS to prepare for. between moving out - moving all the vintage back in & staging/pricing… ready for it all to be GONE 😅

🏠 there are 4 floors to shop. which means 3 flights of stairs. our home is an old craftsman style home - please use caution.

🛍️ bring your own boxes/bags as packing materials will be limited.

🪞 around 60% of the sale is vintage glass and fragile pieces. If kids are along, please keep them close.

🦋 we will likely use a number system. more details coming before the sale. Entrance will likely be through the basement with a designated exit door. That means stairs are required.

🫶🏼 and as always, thank you for being kind and patient. can’t wait to see you all there!!

We’ve had so much fun traveling around in the community doing pop ups & ive met so many of you way back when I used to pop open from the garage!! we have since moved & switched up our vibe a bit. so we’re purging majority of our collected treasures from over the years 🤍✨

It’s been a hot minute! Life got crazy busy with the kids getting out of school and WE MOVED!!

Currently spending all our free time trying to fit our style into a new construction home. sooooo much different than our 105yr old craftsman style home 😅 but it’s going to turn out beautifully and I can’t wait to share more!

ALSO we are having a HUGE estate sale at our old house. we didn’t bring nearly any of our vintage furniture with this move plus we pulled out of our shop & storage units so it’ll be a sale FULL of goodies 🤍
