Incontro Closets & Cabinetry Omaha custom closets, cabinetry, pantries and garage storage, built in our own factory.

Incontro Closets designs, builds and installs fully custom closets and cabinetry for homes and businesses across the Omaha metro. Everything is manufactured in the company's own Omaha factory, so the same team oversees every project from design through fabrication to installation. Work includes walk-in and reach-in closets, pantries, laundry rooms, mudrooms, garage storage systems, home offices, entertainment walls, wall beds, basement bars and kitchen cabinetry, plus commercial storage and organization. Owners Ken and Cindi Incontro have spent most of their lives in the Omaha area and bring extensive construction and remodeling experience to every build. A narrow room is still a walk-in.

Six feet across is plenty when both walls are working. Hanging on one side, adjustable shelving on the other, and a bank of tall shelves at the far end for folded stacks and bins. Nothing juts into the walkway, so the room never feels tight.

Adjustable means the closet changes as your wardrobe does.

Shorter days are why we light the shelves.

Once the sun sets at five, one ceiling fixture leaves you guessing at colors and reading tags by feel. LED strips tucked under each shelf wash the hanging space evenly, so navy stops looking like black and the whole room feels twice as big.

Closets do not have to be white.

A deep sage door with warm wood shelving reads more like furniture than storage, and it closes over everything you would rather not look at. Open shoe shelving along the side keeps the pairs you actually wear in view, so the room still works on a Tuesday morning.

Finishes, hardware, and layout are all chosen with you, not picked from a catalog.

October is the month your garage decides whether you park inside all winter. Wall-hung cabinets get the floor clear, a solid work surface gives the tools a home, and slat wall keeps shovels, brooms, and cords up where you can actually find them.

An island is not just a place to set your coffee.

Line the drawers in felt and it becomes the jewelry box, the watch case, and the sunglasses drawer all at once. Add a stone top and it is also where you fold, where you pack a suitcase, and where you lay out tomorrow before you go to bed.

Most of our walk-in clients tell us the island is the part they use most.
