Saturday's Bread is a hot meal program provided without cost for anyone who'd like to share it. All are welcome, come as you are!

Saturday's Bread is and has always been an equal opportunity provider. Serving time is 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM every Saturday at 66 Chestnut Street, Oneonta in the First United Methodist Church's banquet hall. Most volunteers are typically onsite from 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM, though cooks / supervisors are usually expected 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM. To volunteer, please contact one of our officers. You MUST sign

up for volunteering BEFORE the Saturday(s) you would like to come:

We also have a separate Friday Prep Crew that assists in prep work for the Saturday meals ahead of time, normally from 9:00 AM to noon on Fridays. No sign-up is required, just drop by if you'd like to help! Breakfast is BACK this morning with eggs, hash, applesauce and more! This will be our last day at First Presbyterian Church of Oneonta and it’ll be a rainy / windy one! Come join us!

Tomorrow we'll be serving Baked Chicken Tenders, Rice and Mixed Veggies! Join us once again at First Presbyterian Church of Oneonta while FUMC Oneonta, NY's infrastructure work continues. We also learned today that next week (7/18) we will likely still be at First Presbyterian as the work detail is a bit behind schedule.

It’ll be Chili Cheese Dogs, Baked Beans, Coleslaw, And Macaroni / Potato Salad today in celebration of Independence Day! Come join us at First Presbyterian Church of Oneonta on main st for a summer picnic! Remember the annual 4th of July parade in Oneonta will be setting up, but you can come join us for the meal and follow up with American Pride! :D

Breakfast is BACK at SB tomorrow, though a final reminder that we’ll be at First Presbyterian Church of Oneonta next to City Hall! C’mon by between 11-1 for a simpler meal in new digs!

For the next few weeks, due to infrastructure work at FUMC Oneonta, NY, we will be serving at First Presbyterian Church of Oneonta near City Hall at 289 Main St! We anticipate being there on the next four Saturdays -> 6/27, 7/4, 7/11 and 7/18 at our usual serving times of 11AM - 1PM, and we will post updates here and in our FB discussion group.

We're asking that guests wait outside and use the side entrance after 11 AM, and everyone who needs parking to please utilize the City Hall parking lot as it's anticipated to be available on Saturdays.

If you have questions, please ask and discuss! We also need help getting the word out, so please like and share!
