🌧️ The rain in South Louisiana has been NON-STOP... it had us craving some comfort food. Off to the store to grab some Savoie's® Andouille and Hot Smoked Sausage. Looking for something fresh to throw on the table this Memorial Day weekend? ☀️🔥🥗

This Southwest Chicken Tasso Salad brings bold flavor without weighing you down — topped with smoky Savoie’s® Chicken Tasso, fresh veggies, avocado, black beans, and crunchy tortilla strips. Perfect for cookouts, pool days, or a lighter option alongside everything coming off the grill.

Southwest Dressing Recipe:
- ¾ cup whole milk Greek yogurt (or light sour cream)
- ¼–½ cup water
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tsp ancho or chipotle chili powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- ¼ tsp cayenne (optional)
- 1 tsp dried cilantro (or 2 Tbsp fresh cilantro)

Whisk everything together until smooth and drizzle over your salad.
