This picture honestly captures my soul better than words ever could.

The ocean has always been the place that calms my restless mind. It’s where the noise quiets down and I can finally breathe. That peace, that coastal feeling, somehow found its way into everything I create with Mystic Tides Co.

From emergency medicine to embroidery machines… from chaos to creativity… life has been one wild ride, but I’m grateful for every chapter that made me who I am.

Today was something truly special. 🌊🐢

I had the absolute pleasure of taking a break and attending the release of four beautiful sea turtles back into the Gulf today thanks to NOAA STSSN. Watching these incredible animals make their way home to the ocean was such an emotional and unforgettable experience.

Today’s release included:
🐢 2 Green sea turtles
🐢 1 Kemp’s Ridley
🐢 1 Loggerhead

Seeing the crowd come together to cheer them on was a beautiful reminder of how important conservation and rescue efforts are for our coastal wildlife. Huge thank you to everyone involved in rescuing, rehabilitating, and protecting these amazing creatures.

There’s just something magical about watching a sea turtle hit the water again. 💙🌊

Happy Mother’s Day to the moms who somehow manage to keep tiny humans alive while running on iced coffee, anxiety, and pure determination 🌸☕😂

Y’all are out here finding missing shoes, fixing everyone’s problems, answering “what’s for dinner?” every single day, and still looking cute doing it. Honestly… superheroes wear messy buns and carry snacks. 💙🌊
