Today is the day to go out support all the small businesses! When shopping big box stores, you are just another invoice or number. When shopping small businesses, they know you personally, jump for joy with every purchase and make an effort to go above and beyond just for you.
I’ve been on the receiving end of “honey, that’s too expensive…” when selling items that took HOURS to make. These businesses put their blood, sweat, and tears into their products beyond what any big box or chain place would ever care to do.
Remember you’re not just buying an item, you are supporting someone’s livelihood and creative endeavors! It’s an honor to support these fellow business owners! 😍
