Meet the builders behind Sunny Ridge!

Taylor and Kaylee Butterfield of Butterfield Construction approach custom homes with a simple idea: make every space intentional.

Sunny Ridge was designed to be a place where people can gather and feel comfortable—while still being functional for the way the homeowners would actually live.

We loved getting to be a part of bringing that vision together with the windows and doors throughout house # 17 in the Salt Lake City Parade of Homes.

For this South Jordan home, Vzion Windows & Doors helped frame the incredible views with expansive glass, including a massive 8’ x 11’ full-aluminum Western sliding glass door.

The result? More natural light, an open connection to the outdoors, and a view that becomes part of the home itself.
