Playing around with the idea of a cement stand 🤷. Second attempt and need to refine a bit.

New video is live! 🎥 Part 2 of the card holder build — taking it from Fusion design straight to the CNC for machining.

This one’s all CAM: setting up the tool library, building toolpaths, and exporting G-code to run the machine. And here’s the fun part — the entire part is milled using just 3 toolpath types: Pocket, Contour, and Face. If you’re intimidated by CAM software, this is proof you don’t need to know everything to make real parts.

Started roughing out a Master Chief helmet in solid maple — celebrating Halo Campaign Evolved dropping next week.

This one’s for every kid who grew up with a controller in hand and a Halo disc in the tray. This may just find its way on a few controller holders — stay tuned for the reveal.

For my fellow woodworkers, a new YouTube Tutorial is Live!

Want to learn Fusion but aren’t sure where to start?

In this first project, we’ll design a simple wooden playing card holder using only three core commands:
✅ Sketch
✅ Extrude
✅ Fillet

The goal isn’t just to learn CAD—it’s to learn the entire workflow from design to manufacturing. This series will take you from creating your first model in Fusion all the way to generating toolpaths, setting up your CNC, and cutting your project on the machine.

Whether you’re brand new to CAD, just bought your first CNC, or want to build practical projects while learning, this series is for you.

🎥 Watch the full video through the link in my bio.

What project would you like to see designed next? Let me know in the comments!

From concept to CNC 🪚
We designed a custom hardwood stand for the ROG Ally X - watch it go from 3D model to reality on our machine, milled from a chunk of walnut, straight off the CNC, and ready for its first drop-in fit.
Handmade. Precision cut. Built for your setup.

We love working with our gaming hardware partners. Here’s a project we are about to wrap up on. 🪵
Thick walnut. A base built to hold their Xbox Series S, controller, and headset — every piece nestled in like it was always meant to be there.
This one was made for them. But stay tuned. 👀

We’re back at it—slow, intentional, and handcrafted.

We’re currently working on a limited batch of handmade hardwood minimalist stands for Xbox and PlayStation controllers. Every piece is being built with the same attention to detail you’ve come to expect… just in smaller quantities while we rebuild the shop.

Once these are finished, they’ll go up for sale—and based on past demand, they won’t last long.

Our shop has been down for a bit during the rebuild, so this drop is especially limited. If you’ve been waiting for one, this is your moment.

👉 Subscribe to our email list (link in profile) to get notified 24 hours early before they go live.

Don’t miss it.
