Ordering is now live for this week's menu drop!
We're excited to introduce a couple of new sourdough flavors, and to celebrate, we've added a second flight option featuring these new varieties. Flights are available by preorder only, so be sure to place your order early—these will not be available at the stand.

While we are in the middle of our baking break, I thought I’d take this time to introduce myself and share a little about my “why.”

My name is Ashley, and I live in the Lakes with my husband. We bought our home in 2023, but this community has been home to me for much longer. I actually grew up on Ballah Road and spent many childhood days playing ball down in the bottoms. My family and I know many of you through Westfall, but I wanted to introduce myself to those of you who may be newer to the area!

My family still lives on Ballah, where we keep a large family garden filled with fruits and vegetables that I use in many of my meals and baked goods. We also have chickens that provide the fresh eggs used in all of my baking.

I’ve always loved cooking and creating new meals, even as a teenager, but during my early 20s (during covid) I started experimenting with sourdough bread. What began as a hobby quickly turned into something I truly fell in love with. I enjoy cooking and baking at home because it allows me to be intentional about the ingredients going into the food we eat. Everything I bake is made from scratch, and I try to use organic ingredients whenever possible.

Outside of baking, I also work full-time in the banking industry, so all of my baking is done around my full-time job. It definitely keeps me busy, but baking has become something I genuinely love and look forward to every week.

More than anything, I’m grateful for the support this community has shown my small business. Being able to share homemade food made with care, quality ingredients, and a whole lot of love has been incredibly rewarding, and I’m excited to continue growing and baking for all of you!

Thank you all so much for the support this weekend! We had our first official sellout on Friday! I even had to bake more goodies for Saturday… and then we sold out again on Saturday too!

I loved getting to chat with everyone and hearing all of your feedback. Thank you for making this such a fun and exciting weekend for us!

We will be closed for the next two weekends while I catch up on work in the garden, but I’m already looking forward to baking for everyone again the weekend of June 6th! ❤️
