So excited!! Our first market back from summer break will be with Collective Corner | Pop-Up Market and while it’s still a ways away, I’m working on a bunch of things in preparation for this season 😁

Celebrating getting approved for Fall Fiesta in the Park by pouring our new Spiced Pumpkin candles! 🎃

Fall Fiesta is still a ways away (November 7-8) but these new candles will be available September 19th!

It’s been awhile so let me reintroduce myself! I’m Jackie, founder of City Beautiful Candles. I started making candles back in 2020 for no reason at all 👀 and once I got to a place where I felt comfortable selling to the public instead of gifting to friends and family, I started going to farmers markets. What was a fun way to make money began to carry much more meaning to me once I adopted my sweet rabbit, Honey Bee Bun.

I wanted this tiny business to give back to the community so I decided I would donate a portion of every sale to support nonprofits I cared about. The original plan was to partner with a bunch of nonprofits, but after Honey’s unexpected passing in 2024 I made a shift.

Any of you who have stopped by my booth have probably heard me yap about rabbits and how every item sold gives back to ORL Rabbit Care & Adoptions. ORCA is a local rabbit rescue that works so hard to not only rescue rabbits, but educate people on their needs. Rabbits are the third most abandoned pet in the US and with ORCA being volunteer/foster based (rent ain’t cheap) they need all the help they can get.

So here I am! Making and selling candles and other self care items and using some of that money to help the rabbits find loving forever homes. I’ve been quiet for the past several weeks because I’ve been working on some new things coming this September, so forgive that lack of posting and updating the website. I swear that will happen soon 😅
