Ramski & Company worked closely with Hong Kong based Plaza Premium Lounge across time zones to align their luxury brand with “The Orlando Experience” to provide an elevated amenity in the new Terminal C at the Orlando International Airport. The lounge’s modern bar is bathed in natural light with view to the exterior on one side and views overlooking the Terminal “Boulevard” on the other. The lounge features an inviting palette of natural wood, brass, and soothing blues. There are comfortable lounge chairs and all the connectivity any traveler could want, and a top shelf bar. Guests can sip a cocktail, coffee, or order a meal prepared by celebrity chef, Roberto Trevino. Ramski & Company seamlessly linked the luxury eatery to a family focused area geared toward entertaining traveling families. The PPG environment is an exciting new travel amenity that must be experienced.

Join Ramski & Company as we support this exciting event! This Saturday, January 14th, 2023, is the 6th Annual RibFest - Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida BBQ Fundraising event held at Ten10 Brewing, 1010 Virginia Dr, Orlando, FL 32803.

RibFest is free to the public and all food is donated for all to enjoy! Teams will be competing for various prizes including cash winnings, a big green egg, and more. The teams need the help from the public though! Guests can purchase tickets/ votes at the event through Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida Volunteers. These votes/ticket funds will 100% directly benefit SHFB.

1 ticket/ vote- $2= 8 meals for our neighbors facing hunger
5 tickets/votes- $5= 20 meals for our neighbors facing hunger
10 tickets/votes- $10= 40 meals for our neighbors facing hunger
25 tickets/ votes- $25= 100 meals for our neighbors facing hunger

This year many of our projects have been about reuse and renovation as our community still struggles with supply chain, labor issues, and runaway inflation left in the wake of Covid. We have been happy to apply our skills and talents to create some “silk purses” for some of our clients and help them comfortably accommodate staff in newly repurposed spaces, even as their construction cost has skyrocketed. Architects Francis Cauffman Associates (FCA formerly Fred Humphrey & Associates) and Interior Designers Ramski & Company converted a basic warehouse into new Orlando Health office space.

We were amazed by this transformation and proud to share it with you.

What is today’s Book Store or Library?

These photos happen to be of a bookstore in Barcelona Spain. All it needed was a Café and I thought it would have been a great library/retail /community center with books to borrow instead of buy. It was a charming, engaging series of reading rooms with a Theatre/presentation/small or large group meeting room (including book balcony!) and themed book rooms with lots of different study modes and subject matters.
