DK Vodka Pasta

When you have a taste for Something Italian but like Caribbean food. Try this Vodka spice with a kick

Ingredients
* 2 cups All day Tomato Sauce (homemade preferred)
* Bow tie pasta
* 2 tbsp tomato paste
* 1 cuppa chicken stock
* 1 cup of heavy cream
* 1 cup of garlic and herb cream cheese
* 1 cup of Parmesan cheese
* 1 small onion, diced
* 1 teaspoon of basil
* 2 chorizo sausage links, chopped
* 1 cup of spinach
* 1/4 cup of vodka
* 1 tablespoon of sugar
* Salt and pepper to taste
* 1 pound of chicken, diced 1 inch cubes
* 2 tablespoons of minced garlic
* 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning
* 1 teaspoon of 21 seasonings
* 1/2 teaspoon of fennel
* 1/4 teaspoon of sage
* 3 dashes of red pepper flakes
* Garnish with parsley and grated Parmesan cheese
