Ingredients:

• 1 lb cooked chicken, cubed
• 6–8 potatoes, diced
• 1/3 cup olive oil
• 1 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1 tbsp paprika
• 2 tbsp garlic powder
• 2 tbsp hot sauce
• 2 cups shredded cheese blend
• 1 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
• 1 cup green onions, diced

Optional toppings:
• Sour cream
• Ranch dressing
• Extra hot sauce

Instructions:

1.Preheat oven to 400°F and grease a baking dish.
2.In a large bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and hot sauce.

• 1 (4 oz) can green chiles
• 20 oz enchilada sauce
• 2 tbsp lime juice
• 1 tsp hot sauce
• 1 tsp honey
• 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
• 8 tortillas, cut in pieces
• 3 1/2 cups Mexican cheese blend, divided

Seasonings:
• 1/2 tsp each: garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, chili powder

Optional toppings:
• Sour cream
• Avocado
• Jalapeños
• Fresh tomatoes

Instructions:
