Brother #2’s turn.

For this room, we played with three shades of gray, a two-tone wall, and oversized abstract art to give it a cool, graphic feel.

He also had one very important request: a hangout zone. So we made sure the layout gave him a space to kick back and make it completely his own.

And that Etsy shelf above the bed? Such a good find. 👏

This is the first of TWO TWDs for two brothers, and we had way too much fun with the color blocking.

For this yellow and blue room, we took those stripes right up the wall and straight across the ceiling, and I LOVE how it turned out. 💛💙

We also ripped out the built-ins left by the previous owners and gave the room a fresh start that feels completely his own.

And we’re only getting started… his brother’s room is up next.

And I am OBSESSED.

This wallpaper is playful, ridiculous, cheerful, and exactly why I’m always telling people to have a sense of humor with their decor.

Your house doesn’t need to be so damn serious.

Especially in the room where everyone drops their pants. 😂

Go a little hare-brained. Pick the wallpaper that makes you laugh. Give your guests something to talk about.
