A BEAUTIFUL HOME IS ONLY PART OF THE PICTURE. ✨

Imagine finding your dream home with a real estate advisor who also understands the design potential behind every detail.

From luxury custom homes and new construction to thoughtfully designed interiors, I bring two worlds together to help you see beyond the listing.

As both an Interior Designer and Realtor with Allure Compass I offer a unique perspective on finding, creating, and elevating exceptional homes throughout Central Florida.

Why choose between a Real Estate Advisor and an Interior Designer when you can have both?

Lake Nona isn’t just where I work — it’s home. 🤍

So when someone asks me where to work out, where to grab dinner, or where to take the family, I definitely have my favorites.

💃 Workout: Studio Soul Lake Nona
🍽️ Dinner: Chroma
🌳 Family Day: Boxi Park

And this is exactly why I love being a neighborhood expert. I get to combine real estate + design + actually living the lifestyle I’m selling.

What’s one Lake Nona spot I NEED to add to my list? 👇🏽

A little behind the scenes of what I’ve been working on lately… 🤍

LOT 83 | A Talbot Custom Homes Project

I have the privilege of designing the interiors of this beautiful new-construction custom home; from the finishes and materials to the details that will ultimately make this house feel like a vibe.

And this one is going to be GOOD.

Now here’s where my two worlds collide. 👀

I’m the Interior Designer on this project, but I’m also a REALTOR® with Compass and I would absolutely love to help connect the future buyer with this home.

Imagine walking into a new construction home and having the designer who helped select the finishes there to help you understand the vision, the details, and how you could make it your own.

Designer + REALTOR® is a pretty fun combination.

If you’re looking for a new construction home in the Lake Nona/Orlando area—or know someone who is….send me a DM. I’d love to represent you on the buyer side and show you what we’re creating at Lot 83.

Your Saturday night plans just got a little better. ✨🎶

One of the things I love about living and working in Lake Nona is how much there is to enjoy right here in our community.

An Evening Under the Stars is coming to Crescent Park, featuring live music from the Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra’s brass & percussion. Bring your chairs and picnic blankets, grab something from the food trucks, and enjoy a beautiful evening outside with family and friends.

If you’re relocating to Orlando for work in Lake Nona Medical City, this is for you. 👋🏽

Whether you’re a physician, healthcare executive, researcher, or simply moving to the Lake Nona area, finding the right home is about more than just bedrooms and square footage.

You want the right location, an easy commute, great neighborhoods, and convenient access to Medical City, Orlando International Airport, restaurants, schools, and everyday life.

I’ve put together a curated Life in Nona collection featuring homes throughout Lake Nona from move-in ready properties to homes with serious design potential.

And because I’m both a Real Estate Advisor and Interior Designer, I can help you find the home and see what it could become.

Relocating and not sure where to start? Send me a message with your timeline, budget, commute needs, and wish list, and I’ll help narrow it down.

A little exciting news to share 🤍 My interview with Orlando Voyager is officially live!

It was really fun getting to talk about my journey with EDesigns & Co., how I got into interior design, building my business here in Orlando, and what I’ve learned along the way.

And the timing feels especially meaningful because this next chapter is expanding beyond interiors. I’ve recently joined Compass in Winter Park with the Allure Team, bringing my interior design background into real estate.

For me, the two have always gone hand in hand. I love helping people see the potential in a home—whether we’re designing it from the ground up, renovating it, getting it ready to sell, or finding the right property to make their own.

There’s still so much I want to build, but it’s nice to stop for a second and appreciate how far EDesigns & Co. has come. ❤️

Thank you Orlando Voyager for sharing my story and including me in your Inspiring Stories series!

Winter Park has a way of making timeless design feel effortless. 🤍 And this custom home project is easily one of my favorites.

My client is busy saving lives while I’m designing his sanctuary. 🏡

Because the truth is…..doctors don’t have time for design. Neither do many of the executives, professional athletes, entrepreneurs, and busy professionals I work with.

They know what they like. They appreciate beautiful spaces. They want quality. What they don’t have is the time to spend hours sourcing finishes, comparing selections, coordinating vendors, reviewing plans, and managing every design detail.

That’s where I come in.

As both an Interior Designer + Realtor, I bring a 2–4–1 perspective to the entire home journey from finding the right property and recognizing its potential to designing a home that feels completely personal once you walk through the door.

While my clients focus on what they do best, I handle the details that turn a house into their sanctuary.

Some very exciting things are coming…
