A forever favorite bathroom renovation. The tranquility you feel in this space is unmatched, as are my incredible clients

10/01/2026

We first renovated this home 3 years ago, and now we’re back to elevate its value, energy efficiency and longevity ✨
We chose the Marvin Ultimate series for all the windows and sliding patio doors, with installation expertly performed by Windura
As a Marvin certified installation retailer in Overland Park, KS, they use full time, expert installers. Windura made everything simple and stress free 🙌

(But it gets better 🥳) because of our incredible experience with the window and door replacement, this November, a dream I’ve had since I first stepped foot in this house in 2021 is finally becoming reality. Stay tuned for the reveal of the biggest custom front door Marvin and Windura have EVER crafted!

on a real note ✍🏼

POV: You thought our camera roll was all pretty rooms… it’s actually 90% measurements, drywall, and “wait, where did I save that photo?” 😂📏🏗️

Open shelving: beautiful in theory… until you’re staring at one bowl for 45 minutes wondering if it “balances the space.” 🤍✨

The secret? Mix function with personality. Layer in natural textures, stack everyday pieces, add a little height variation, and leave room for the shelves to breathe. Your kitchen should feel collected — not cluttered.

Which shelf styling personality are you? 👀
A) Minimal + neutral
B) Cozy + collected
C) Colorful + curated
D) “I bought this at HomeGoods and hoped for the best”

Save this for your next kitchen refresh & send to the friend whose shelves need a little love 🫶

I knew it was the one when I found it…
but seeing it styled like this? That’s when it became everything. What do you think? 👀
