Starting ‘25 inspired in south Texas 🤠 Got the chance to visit Marfa and Big Bend. Discovered some great folk art installations by and took some time to slow down and reflect in the Chihuahuan desert. Love this part of the world.

🤔 Which bathroom would you pick for your home?!

⭐️Option 1:
Arte (brand) Lucky O’s (pattern) wood veneer marquetry wallpaper. It reminded me of waves in the water and was a perfect fit for my client's Michigan powder bath. Yes—it’s made of wood!

⭐️Option 2:
Schumacher’s Queen of Spain wallpaper. Queen of Spain was first introduced in 1963! I love these timeless wallpaper—if you ever question whether a wallpaper will go out of ‘style’ then choose a classic!

🖤Powder baths are a perfect space to add a funky, bold, or daring wallpaper

Want to know how to perfectly size light fixtures for your spaces?!

1️⃣ Add the length and width of your room togther then convert to inches.
→ Ex: 10’ x 12’ room = 22”

2️⃣ For each foot of ceiling height multiply by 3.
→ Ex: 10’ ceiling = 30” fixture height

3️⃣ Select your fixture—go off the above recommendations—then select the next larger size (if possible)!

This tip is a good rule of thumb ... I like to size and scale up because…an under-scale, wimpy fixture is the worst! Have fun with your fixtures—they can instantly update your rooms!
