So many great things are happening—including picking up our boat! 🚤

This ship has officially sailed. 😂 You won’t find this boat at the mall anymore, but don’t worry—Trick Pony Junktiques isn’t going anywhere. We’ve simply consolidated and packed even more of our weird, wonderful, vintage junk into our two remaining booths.

LESS ROOM. MORE JUNK. 😂🐎

Well, we did a little downsizing… or as we prefer to call it, strategic junk consolidation.

We officially dropped the end cap like a bad habit. 👋😂

That big white wall in the photo? Not us anymore. We’ve packed up Booth #3 and crammed all of our questionable purchases, vintage treasures, oddities, antiques and things nobody actually needs into our two booths directly behind it.

Is it tighter? Yep.
Is there somehow still room for more junk? Also yep.
Are we going to stop buying stuff? Absolutely not.

Trick Pony Junktiques is ready to GROW, and we’re officially kicking around the idea of a SECOND LOCATION! 🐴

But we want YOU involved.

This pick turned up some seriously cool pieces.

The standouts have to be the hand-carved and hand-painted leather artwork from the early 80’s. The detail is unreal. We picked up several pieces featuring Western and Americana subjects, including a Native American portrait, buffalo, military figure and a fantastic largemouth bass. These have that perfect vintage Western, ranch, lodge and cabin look.

And then things get a little more interesting…

🔑 Collection of handmade tooled leather keychains featuring wildlife, horses and Western designs

🕰️ An ornate antique-style Art Nouveau clock

🐍 And yes…that’s a real preserved rattlesnake coiled up in the jar. Definitely one of the more unusual pieces we’ve brought home lately.

This is exactly why we love picking. You never know if the next stop is going to turn up vintage Western art, advertising, Americana, handmade leatherwork, oddities or something you didn’t even know you needed until you saw it.

Anyone else experience anything odd on the day of zero gravity for 7 seconds? 😂

Because apparently Trick Pony wasn’t prepared.

One minute everything was right where we left it. The next, hats, signs, lamps, bottles and half the booth were apparently headed for orbit. 🚀😂

Seven seconds doesn’t sound like much… until you own an antique booth packed from floor to ceiling.

So we need to know: what floated at your place? 👀

Every family has that one person…

You know the one. The garage is full. The basement is packed. The barn doors barely close. Every shelf has a story, and every story comes with another box. 😄

At Trick Pony Junktiques, we love the hunt. Whether it’s a single unique piece or an entire collection, we’re always looking for vintage, antique, rustic, industrial, advertising, farmhouse, man cave, lodge, and one-of-a-kind treasures.

🚗 Distance isn’t a deal breaker. If it’s worth the drive, we’ll hit the road.
