I absolutely appreciate all the business, with the growth and to continue to grow we want to post a few reminders when ordering.
•50% deposit is required on all orders, You of course can pay full amount upfront if you would like but 50% is now required
•We do not offer refunds on personalized items.
•If you are needing an item made by a certain time, please let us know as soon as possible. Most orders are done 3-7 days but can vary depending on each order!
•Once your items are ready for pickup, we can meet in Covington or, Walnut Grove. The ones that I know personally that knows were I live can pick up at the house.
