We visited the Southeastern Designer Showhouse last weekend and wanted to share some pictures. It was very pretty, it had a masculine presence to it. The art was sooo good!! The In-Law suite was probably my favorite. It had the prettiest banquette seating area, too. And yes, the pool has a glass wall!!

Today I am laying out different sofa and chair styles that we are considering for a den. We are combining styles and pairing them up to suitable fabrics. This is for a den that needs a touch of refinement plus, has to be casual enough for kids to hang out in, as well. HERE'S A TIP-always check fabrics for durability by checking double-rubs. Fabrics that are heavily used try to select fabrics with at least 20,000 to 30,000 double rubs. This will guarantee the longevity of the fabric.
