One of our favorite phases of the building process is officially here.

With drywall now complete and exterior paint wrapping up soon, Seaside Point is ready for the details that transform a house into a home. Over the coming weeks, we'll begin installing custom cabinetry, intricate millwork, and the finishes that will define each space. We're especially excited to see features like the home's elevator come together and watch the design vision start to take shape room by room.

It’s a beautiful day in Palm Coast for a field update! We’re excited to share that the block work on this custom home is completed, and we’re almost exactly two months from permit issuance.

One of the standout features of this home is the incredible backyard setting. Framed perfectly through the rear openings, the picturesque golf course views create a stunning backdrop that will be enjoyed from the home’s main living spaces for years to come.

We’re wrapping up this stunning 4,200 sq ft custom home designed to maximize a narrower homesite while still feeling open, functional, and luxurious.

A few of our favorite features include a dry bar in the great room, a dog wash station in the mud room, and a sauna in the primary bathroom.
