Patrick Dragonette was first drawn to antiques and design as a child attending furniture auctions with his Dad , an antiques dealer. After a decade long run as an actor and singer on the New York stage in the 80's, Patrick chose the west coast to pursue his long held interest in antiques leading to the opening of his eponymous showroom in Los Angeles in 1997. In the intervening years, Dragonette L

td has become one of the country's top resources for finely crafted mid 20th-century design and a go-to source for designers across the country. Dragonette's offerings have expanded in recent years to include Dragonette Private Label, a collection of pieces created by Patrick, reflecting his unique twist on modern mid-century design. In addition to curating the shop, Patrick also tackles the role of interior designer, and has completed several important commissions, including the orchestration of an astonishing collection of mid-century pieces for a Hal Levitt house in Trousdale Estates. “My approach is to seek simplicity of shape and design, matched by genuine comfort.” In 2015 and 2017, Patrick was named to LUXE Magazine’s Gold List.
